Email us and we'll see what we can do. **Your host will arrive 1 HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT for setup.*** (We arrive at 11am for 12pm Bookings, 2pm for 3pm and 6pm for 7pm bookings.)
Cancellation Policy
***Please review the terms of service or schedule a one-on-one consultation prior to booking.*** We understand that things happen. To cancel your event, please contact us at least 72 hrs in advance, and we'll be happy to assist with rescheduling. Due to the nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds.
