Instant Booking + Reservations
Confirmation: You’ll hear from us within 24 hours to lock in your details.
Headcount: Final headcount + remaining balance are due 48 hours prior to your event. Need an exception? Just let us know!
Payments
Payment Methods: We accept credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, check, or bank transfer.
Payment Plans: Spread your event cost with Affirm’s convenient payment plans.
Venue Requirements
Time: Please allow a minimum of 3.5 hours (adults), or 2.5 hours (children) to accommodate setup/cleanup.
Access: 1 hour pre-event for setup, 30 minutes post-event for clean-up.
Setup: Client is responsible for providing tables, chairs, and presets. Each guest should have a tabletop workspace of 2 sq ft.
Water: Venue must have a water source within 50 ft of the space
Electrical: Power outlets or generator must be available within 15ft of event space (for any event requiring powered equipment, eg. GLOW, sewing, candle making, etc).
Special Assistance
If any participants needs extra assistance, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate.
Safety + Liability
Supervision: Adult presence required for kids’ events.
Safety: Event space must be clean, well lit, and meet public code.
Liability: Guests are responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event.
Damages
Clients are responsible for any damage to Art Social DMV’s materials or equipment caused by guests.
Covid 19 + Public Health
We follows all current public health guidelines and require the same of guests
Photography + Media
We might capture the fun for marketing. Let us know if that’s an issue!
Event Changes
We'll do our best to accommodate any reasonable requests. Please communicate any needs at least 7 days in advance for best results
Conduct
Client is expected to ensure all participants are respectful toward other attendees, venue space and staff.
Refund Policy
Due to nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we understand that things happen. To cancel your event, please contact us at least 48 hrs in advance, and we will be happy to assist with rescheduling.
